Terms of service
Updated October 4, 2026
Who we are
StreetPOP (“StreetPOP”, “we”, “us”) is a Wyoming, USA business. Mail: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Email: info@streetpop.app.
These terms cover your use of the StreetPOP website, web app and mobile app (the “Service”). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use StreetPOP for a company, you agree for that company and confirm you’re allowed to.
Accounts
A company account (“Customer”) runs campaigns and invites team members, such as installers and street teams, to shoot photos and videos for it. You’re responsible for who you invite, for keeping sign-in links and API keys private, and for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at info@streetpop.app if you think your account has been misused.
Team members who are invited by a Customer use StreetPOP for free. Their photos belong to the campaign of the Customer who invited them (see “Your data”).
Plans, billing and renewals
Early access. The early-access offer is a single payment that covers the Service for 12 months from the date you pay, for any team size. It’s limited to the first 20 companies. It doesn’t renew automatically: before it ends, you can choose a monthly plan or stop.
Monthly plans. Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Each plan has a team-size limit shown on our pricing page. If your team grows past your plan, we’ll ask you to move to the plan that fits. If you choose a monthly plan during your early-access year, the first monthly charge happens only when that year ends.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t store your full card number. Prices don’t include taxes; if sales tax or similar applies, it’s added at checkout.
Price changes. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price change affects your plan. The new price applies from your next billing period after the notice period.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage billing, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you keep access until then. We don’t give partial refunds for unused time.
Early access: if StreetPOP isn’t right for you, ask for a refund of the early-access payment within 30 days of paying and we’ll give it back in full. After 30 days, early-access payments aren’t refundable.
If we end the Service or close your account without you being at fault, we’ll refund any amount you paid for time you can no longer use.
Your data
You own your content. The photos, videos, captions, locations, campaign details and team information you or your team put into StreetPOP (“Customer Data”) belong to the Customer. You give us permission to store, process and display Customer Data only to run the Service for you: showing it to your team, producing proof pages and reports, and sending it where you tell us to (for example Google Drive, Dropbox, webhooks or share links).
Sharing. When you turn on a share link, anyone with the link can see that campaign’s photos and map until you turn it off. You decide who gets the link.
Export and deletion. You can export your data at any time (CSV exports, the API, Drive and Dropbox sync). If you close your account, we keep Customer Data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it, except where we must keep records by law (such as billing records). Backups are cleared on their normal cycle.
Privacy. How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy.
Importing. If you use “Import from SimpleCrew” or similar tools, you confirm you have the right to copy that data, and the API key you provide is used only to read the campaigns you choose.
Acceptable use
Don’t use StreetPOP to:
- break the law, including laws about where and how posters, signs or other materials may be placed, or privacy laws about photographing people;
- upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or is harassing, hateful or sexually explicit;
- track people who haven’t agreed to it, or use location data for anything other than proof of your campaigns;
- try to get into other customers’ data, test or break our security, or overload the Service (including through the API);
- resell or copy the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
You’re responsible for having any permits or permissions your campaigns need. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and we’ll tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.
API and integrations
API keys and webhooks are for your own systems. Keep keys secret and revoke any you think are exposed. We may limit request rates to protect the Service. Third-party services you connect (such as Google Drive, Dropbox or Stripe) have their own terms, and we aren’t responsible for them.
Service availability
We work to keep StreetPOP running and your data safe, and photos taken without signal are saved on the phone until they upload. But the Service is provided “as is”. We can’t promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or improve features over time. If we plan to remove a major feature you pay for, we’ll tell you in advance.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, StreetPOP isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost business), and our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
You agree to cover us for claims that come from your content or your campaigns, or from your breaking these terms.
Ending these terms
You can stop using StreetPOP and close your account at any time. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or with 30 days’ notice for any other reason (with a refund for unused prepaid time).
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If there’s a dispute, please email us first. Most things can be sorted out quickly. If not, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
Changes to these terms
We’ll post changes here and update the date at the top. For important changes, we’ll email account owners at least 30 days before they take effect. Using StreetPOP after that means you accept the new terms.
